I'm Guy. Long ago there was a moment . Attention, self-knowledge, the deliberate work of navigating toward the person we want to become. That's the thread underneath everything else I do.

Professionally, I'm an AI product manager. Underneath that, I'm working on what I call the alignment of embodied and exponential intelligence — the premise that the most capable technology we can build should reinforce what's most distinctly human about us, not compete with it. Agents that feel like extensions of self rather than employees across the table. Tools and practices that help us stay on purpose as the machines get better at doing.
